fix: rewrite check_llm_certs.sh — tests all methods AI needs
Tests 4 variants: openssl s_client (CAfile, CApath, default), Python httpx (cafile, cafile+capath), requests (cafile, capath), NSS certutil. Output format is machine-parseable for AI diagnosis.
