632b730fff chore: migrate GRACE-Poly anchors to hierarchical dotted naming 
Systematic rename of all semantic anchors (#region, [DEF], @RELATION)
across 1400+ files — backend Python, frontend Svelte/TS, specs, docs:
- Flat anchors become Namespace.Module.Entity
- @RELATION references updated to match new anchor paths
- Zero business logic changes

2f1916706a rename ss-tools to superset-tools across the entire project 
- Replace all occurrences of 'ss-tools' with 'superset-tools' in 104 files
- Rename git bundle file ss-tools.bundle → superset-tools.bundle
- Update .gitignore pattern accordingly
- Preserve variable names (hasSsTools etc.) and code identifiers

e483d915ac feat(031): Maintenance Banner for Dashboards — full spec→plan→tasks package 
Spec: 5 user stories (P1-P3), 17 FRs, 7 SCs, 12 edge cases, RBAC matrix
Plan: 7 research decisions, 15 semantic contracts (C1-C4)
Data: 4 SQLAlchemy models (Banner entity enforces one-chart-per-dashboard)
UX: async-only API, banner template with optional variables, admin settings UI
Tasks: 64 tasks across 8 phases, 12 reused frontend components
Workflow: component reuse scan mandated in speckit.plan/tasks + semantics-svelte
Constitution: filled with 7 architecture principles from ADRs

c29702df35 feat(speckit): integrate ux reference into workflows 
Introduce a UX reference stage to ensure technical plans align with
user experience goals. Adds a new template, a generation step in the
specification workflow, and mandatory validation checks during
planning to prevent technical compromises from degrading the defined
user experience.
