The implementation described below was committed at `e7bac04e`. `.kilo/agent-manager.json` belongs to another session; do not include it in this work.
**2026-09-25 update:** the live-blocker statements in this historical handoff are superseded by the [current UX handoff](../HANDOFF-DASHBOARD-ANALYST-UX-2026-09-24.md#reference-capture-continuation-2026-09-25-uncommitted). Both dashboard 10 links later produced 10/10 live metric coordinates. The exact `native_filters_key=A4_rwhfQta0` URL was rechecked through the configured `ss-dev` client: dashboard 10 **Video Game Sales**, active `platform=3DS`, 10/10 executed coordinates and no errors. A temporary systemd-resolved failure was repaired with `resolvectl reset-server-features`; ordinary backend DNS then reproduced 10/10 without override. The local database has no dashboard 10 scenario or approved release, so browser candidate capture and publication for this link remain unproven.
